1. Program Overview
This thank-you gift program (the “Program”) is an initiative organized by Stand Up To Cancer (the “Charity”), a nonprofit public benefit corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business at 10880 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1400, Los Angeles, CA 90024, Registration Number 5178568, acting as the sole campaign owner and donation recipient.

Xsolla (USA) Inc. (“Xsolla”) facilitates the delivery of symbolic thank-you digital items (the “Gift(s)”) to Qualifying Users (as defined below) as a gesture of appreciation for their support.

This Program is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or promotional contest. The digital item you receive is a predetermined thank-you gift – not a prize or commercial product for sale.

The Program will be effective from August 1, 2025 12:00 a.m PT to August 31, 2025 11:59 p.m PT (hereafter – “Effective Dates”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and confirm that you have read and accepted them in full.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for receiving the Gift under this Program, all of the following conditions must be met:
● You must make a donation through the official page hosted on this link by the Charity during the Effective Dates.
● You must be a legal resident of the United States.
● You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

Upon successful completion of the donation, an eligible participant becomes a “Qualifying User.”

Xsolla reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional information or documentation to confirm participant status. Failure to provide the requested information may result in disqualification from the Program.

3. Participation Instructions
To participate in the Program and receive the Gift, you must follow these steps:
1. Visit https://x.la/su2c
2. Click on “Donate Now” to be redirected to the Charity’s hosted page.
3. Complete a donation using a valid email address.
4. Return to https://x.la/su2c and click on “Claim Now”.
5. Enter the same email address used for the donation and follow the on-screen instructions to receive your Gift.

You may choose to receive the Gift either by email or through Xsolla Wallet. If you prefer to receive the Gift in your Xsolla Wallet and do not already have one, you will be prompted to create one during the redemption process. More information about the Xsolla Wallet can be found here.

Xsolla will deliver one (1) Gift to each Qualifying User within five (5) business days following donation confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on system load and availability. Xsolla will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery within the stated timeframe.

4. Nature of the Gift
Each Gift consists of a unique redemption code that can be used to claim a specific digital item, such as a game key, in-game cosmetic, virtual currency, or other digital content. All Gifts are fixed, predetermined, distributed in a set order, and disclosed in advance below:

Each game listed above has a limited inventory of 100 Gifts. Gifts will be fulfilled sequentially in the order listed above, while supplies last. Once all Gifts for one game are exhausted, the next available title in the list will be offered.

Gifts are provided as a token of appreciation and are not for sale or resale.

5. Limitations
You may only receive one (1) Gift per Qualifying User.

6. Expiry
You acknowledge that Gifts delivered under this Program may be subject to expiration, revocation, or removal at any time, including at the discretion of the participating publishers, game platforms, or other third parties. While Xsolla does not impose an expiration date on the Gifts once delivered, continued access or usability of such items is not guaranteed and may be limited by external factors beyond Xsolla’s control.

7. Changes to the Program
Xsolla reserves the right to:
● Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice; and
● Change the Gifts before the end of the Program due to availability constraints.
Changes will be communicated to Qualifying Users via email.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
Xsolla is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, service outages, or other issues that may interfere with your ability to participate in the Program or receive the Gift.

This Program is conducted solely for charitable purposes. Participation does not entitle users to receive any goods or services of commercial value. Gifts offered under the Program are symbolic in nature and do not constitute a product sale or purchase.

All donations are processed directly through Tiltify at this link and go to Stand Up To Cancer. Xsolla does not receive, collect, or handle any donation funds and plays no role in financial processing or charitable tax receipting.

9. Data Privacy

10. Applicable Law
These Terms and its interpretation, and any disputes that arise hereunder, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, USA.

YOU AND XSOLLA AGREE THAT EACH ONLY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be amended and interpreted to accomplish its purpose to the greatest extent possible under law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
