In the peace of Victorian England, the peaceful existence of the Joestars is turned upside down when Dio Brando, the son of the charlatan George, who was "saved" years ago, is brought into the family. Dio resents his inferior social status and is determined to appropriate Joestar's wealth, believing it to be rightfully his. However, God does not affect the deep brotherly bond he has with Jonathan, making it harder for him to carry out his nefarious intentions.
