Their fame and power extends beyond Los Santos to cities like San Fierro and Las Venturas, which means their alliances with other influential gangs and powerful cartels. This makes the Balls one of the most powerful, fearsome and influential underworld gangs in the famous Grand Theft Auto universe.

Their fabled rivalry with the Grove Street families puts the Balls at the center of infamous gang feuds in the fictional state of San Andreas.
